have been told my delivery is due today. I have waited in all day and it never arrived. I was told that the driver was on route yet nothing. Absolutely unacceptable to miss a day of work and not receive my delivery

This shrub/tree was very disappointing. It was very small with only one stem. Nothing like the photo they have on their website to advertise the size of the shrub. I did complain to the company and all I got from them that it was in a dormate state and will soon grow. Absolutely disgusting customer service for something I paid over £100 for.

Absolutely awful - ignored delivery instructions (twice), incurred extra delivery charges due to their mistakes and then try to charge the customer £70 having not delivered a single plant. In dispute! I think you can always tell the nature of a business by what they do when something goes wrong - how they respond is a measure of integrity, ethics and service standards.

I ordered a plant and though I paid £34.50 and added my shipping address grasslands emailed me to say the plant was ready for collection. I phoned to say I'd ordered it for delivery the woman I spoke to was unhelpful and said I hadn't and I needed to pay a further £9+ to have it delivered! It arrived over a week later bone dry in the pot !! For a cost of over £45 for a common rhododendron I can say quite honestly that this was the worst experience I've had from an online purchase. By contrast I purchased the exact plant in lidl for £8 and its far healthier

So I placed an order on the 3rd of March via a web site that said they had 5 Fatsia Spiders 15ltr pots in stock, delivery was booked but the delivery didn't turn up. Then I was told that they weren't in stock at the time I placed the order and that it would be a couple of weeks, then a couple of weeks passed I was told that the plants arrived frost damaged. And that it would be a couple of weeks before new stock arrived. It's now the 23rd of March and I am still waiting for delivery.

Plants arrived much shorter that advertised. Contacted customer service who said “they will grow soon” Not really the point when the larger you order the more they cost!

HAVING TAKEN THE TIME TO VISIT YOUR NURSERY TO PICK SUITABLE ITEMS LOTS OF THE TREES ARRIVED WITH SNAPED BRANCHES CAUSED WHEN ALL THE OTHER ITEMS ON VAN WERE DRAGGED PAST DRIVER PROCEEDED TO MISSHANDLE WHAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ROOT BALL TREES PICKING THEM UP BY THE TRUNKS INSTEAD OF THE ROOT BALL SNAPPING THE MAJORITY OF THE TAP ROOTS IN THE PROCESS

Two shrubs were delivered by Grasslands in questionable condition. Went ahead and planted them out, then watered regularly in accordance with Grasslands advice but three weeks later, they are on their way out. Expect to have to shortly bin them both. Very disappointing - will buy elsewhere in future.

Plants where under sized when I queried this was told they recommend you cut the plants back by a third . What is the point of paying extra for taller plants?? Very Poor service from customer service and won’t be using the again

Arrived bad state....unusable Requested refund with minutes of receiving package crushed and blackened leaves which must have been lying around for some time Refund not actioned - just ignored Unfair

Hi Maria, I have check on your order, you have ordered Hawthorn Hedging bare root, This will have brown leaves at this time of year, Its quiet normal. These leave will fall off and in the spring the new green leaves will come through. Kind Regards Paul

Bought Hawrhorn from website, I received 25 sticks!!.. no foliage at all, what I received had no resemblance of what was pictured on the web site. Customers services just kept responding that that’s how they look at this time of year - er so picture that on your web site then…. Didn’t get a refund as I’d have to accommodate safe return postage, which it seems for plants etc is a specialist courier ….. don’t bother.

Camellia received in good condition. Evergreen Azalea received full of black spots and yellow leaves. I would not expect to receive a plant in this condition. After sending pictures Customer services advised it was due to adverse weather and is a healthy plant. I have had the plant assessed elsewhere and am being told it either has fungus or infestation. Customer service advise i will have to return and pay postage of £30 the plant was £32 if i want a refund. Very very poor service.

When you got in contact with us about your issue with the delivery driver we took your complaint very seriously, We listened to your complaint and you received at least 3 follow up emails from us with details of our investigation. I am sorry that the driver was not able to take the plants through your house unfortunately we are not able to do this. Kind Regards Paul

Plant died along with another one. Was advised this was due to the conditions even though 2 other plants purchased with them thrived. Not impressed.
