Absolutely awful - ignored delivery instructions (twice), incurred extra delivery charges due to their mistakes and then try to charge the customer £70 having not delivered a single plant.

I think you can always tell the nature of a business by what they do when something goes wrong - how they respond is a measure of integrity, ethics and service standards.
