“I've bought from Graslands on a few occassions now and have always been very happy with the plantings. Just a small point on customer service communications however. I telephoned to ask if some rootball Photinia came in containers, and what width the containers were as I have narrow access of 70cm. I was told casually "I think the pots are 60cm wide". I accepted that at the time but phoned back later to make sure as the size was critical and stated that I may have to return them if they won't go through. I was then told, apparently after some checking, "yes the pots are 60cm wide". They arrived in pots 74cm wide. After removing the pots, a lot of clay soil and a lot of hassle we eventually got them in. Wasn't very impressed at the time.”

“Ordering prcess was simple and the plants themselves all appear to be of good quality. Communication regarding the delivery process could be improved to make it clear that the order was spilt into different packages and that these would not all arrive on the same day. The courier tracking provided did not work for the last shipment.”

“I purchased 90 Portuguese Laurel for a run of hedging, ordered online. My key challenge was timing of the delivery. Labour for putting the hedge in was locked in for a certain day, and I was delighted that I could work with Grasslands to schedule delivery for the day before the planting. Communication and the final delivery all went smoothly.”

“Placed an urgent order and was advised that it may not come in time, then received advice that it would come on the Friday (when it was needed) Friday morning told it would be delayed, then advised order was on its way. A bit confusing but at least I got the order. The trees and shrubs were good quality.”
