“I ordered a Victoria Plum tree, it arrived in great condition, tall with plenty of healthy buds. The staking kit is very good, a must need for young trees. Already planted and looking great.”

“Phones to verify delivery would be before Christmas on 17th December and was assured that would be ok. Ordered with a very helpful lady and a few days later plants were delivered in great shape. Potted up and doing so well ( sarcaccoca confusa ) in full bud and bloom and incredibly healthy. Thank you Grasslands. Will be ordering from here in future as local grown to my area.”

“The quality of the plants we received were great. The staff on the phone were super helpful and each time I have visited the place it is impressive. I would rate them 5 stars but the day before delivery at 4pm I called to ask the time of delivery and was told 9-11am so I booked off the morning from work and told my office I'd be in for lunch. On the morning of delivery I received a text saying delivery was 3pm to 4pm which was far from ideal as I had booked only the morning off on the back of being told they would deliver 9-11am. The plants eventually turned up at 3.15pm which was annoying as I had 45 minutes left before it went dark to move and plant 30 large laurels. This left me feeling rather frustrated with the last minute change of timeslot. I had specificallly asked prior for an early morning delivery too.”

“The plants received were good quality but delivery took a lot longer than it said. It would've been nice if there was more communication ie email saying there has been a delay. I had to ring twice to find out what was going on.”

“I have been a customer of Grasslands, on and off, for more than twenty years (probably longer). Their plants are always of excellent quality and competitively priced. My latest acquisition comprised sixteen root ball dug Cherry Laurels. Quality excellent again but I also want to comment on the massively helpful pre-purchase advice from Andrew and the wonderful and extremely thoughtful assistance given by the driver/deliverer Adrian. Both excellent ambassadors for Grasslands. Grasslands are lways my first "port of call" when seeking to buy plants of some substance. The laurels are the first acquisition in a wholesale makeover of our back garden. There will be more purchases to come from Grasslands...”

“Gorgeous little tree, taller than expected and had little buds on already. Ordered a 150/175 cm one and the actual tree is more like 2 m tall, which is great. It is the first plant in our new, very barren back garden. The tree arrived safely and looking healthy. The rootball was so heavy that the two of us had to lift it, which made delivery a bit problematic as there is no parking directly outside our house. I imagined this would be different if I'd have chosen the Grasslands Nursery own van delivery, and I will do next time. A blue pallet was left at our property (which I believe means that it's been treated with chemicals, making it problematic to get rid of), along with a half of a broken pallet, which isn't ideal. I was not home for the delivery and my autistic son did not ask why those were left behind. Overall: great plant and I will return for more, but will have to try the nursery's own delivery next time.”
