“Whilst initially a little frustrated at the wait for my order I have to say that once they arrived they were really healthy plants. Fab roots and all still in leaf. Very happy and worth the wait.”

“exceptional service from the point of placing the order to the delivery, all went smoothly and very quickly. The lady that took the order was efficient and knowledgeable which was such a help to me trying to describe what I wanted. The delivery driver was so helpful in placing it exactly where I needed my very large shrub ready for planting. I couldn't have wished for better service. An excellent team!”

“Sturdy very healthy looking tree, although bigger than I was expecting .Very quick delivery and updates. The stakes were huge and took a great deal of effort, plus son- in -law to get them in. However they were entirly suited to the tree”

“Plants arrived a little bit battered where packaging was damaged. However, the type of plant purchased was pretty robust so even though some plants were upside down, no real harm was done. Plants were strong specimens and as described 👍”

“I ordered a Thuja Occidentalis 6ft tree - and whilst we had to wait patiently for the beautiful specimen to grow - it was worth the wait. The tree was beautiful, secured well in transport and very healthy. The instruction son the website to transplant it are really clear and now only time will tell. My only niggle - but not deducting marks from Grasslands, is the chosen courier, really was not that helpful. They "dumped" the pallet and tree on the pavement in front of my house where i have steps up to my front door. This blocked the pavement, and when i asked if it was heavy - i was told "probably". I asked if they had something to cut the plastic strapping with so they could take the pallet away or at least hlep me, but was told no. By the time i went back in to get some scissors, he had driven off.As a lone female - i am by no means a weakling but boy it was tough carrying by myself a 6ft+ heavy tree up a flight of steps. Not Grasslands fault - but something to be mindful of with which ever courier drops to you.”
