I ordered a birch tree, had no idea tree had been delivered, didn't even have the courtesy to ring the doorbell. Just left outside, got blown over and trodden on.
No instructions on how to plant etc. Tree turned yellow within a week and lost all its leaves. That's expensive fire wood!
