I’m happy with the majority of the plants But foxgloves are very bad almost dead plants, contacted costumer service they replied saying pathetic excuses about the plants and didn’t offer to replace or give me the money back . Very poor service .

Once again appalling customer services. There are errors which they admitted yet refusing to issue a final refund. Rude and do not hardly respond to emails. Had to get citizens advice involved, still ignoring emails. This company is a joke.

It's the 2nd time I ordered from them. The first was pretty good and all of the plants are healthy but the black bamboos I ordered this time are not good. 2 of them are not healthy and one of the cranes is even completely dead and turn into grey. I've contacted customer support and they refused to send me the replacement.

Sent out two plants, incorrect planting instructions sent out, resulting in one dying and the other going into transplant shock. Had to cut it down to help revive it, money lost as purchased a specific height. Company refunded one, email sent no apology, and refused to do anything about the other except blame me when staff had already admitted it was their fault. Rude, poor service, stay away!

Poor customer service and communication. Paid £45 for shipping and my tree was left in another garden of an empty house! I was home all day waiting for delivery and they gave no communication as to when it was delivered. I had to search for it and received no help from customer service. I was told to look around my road! Do not use.

OBJECT TO BEING WALKED THROUGH ONE PAYMENT HIKE AFTER THE OTHER ...FIRST CANT BUY LESS THANK £15 worth ....THEN HAVING BEEN FORCED INTO BUYING TWO OF SHRUB I ONLY WANTED ONE OF THEN WE GET TO FINAL CHECK OUT STUNT ...MUST PAY OVER £7 SHIPPING ....WHY NOT COME CLEAN AT THE START INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME ...I WANTED A SHRUB FOR £9.99 AND ENDED UP BEING EXPECTED TO PAY £27 FORGET IT ...I DONT DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT

Not good!!still waiting for a refund on one of my plants that I’ve bought I could go on about my experience with this company but I’m not I am a landscape Gardner and I Buy lots of plants for customers thought I would try this company out I bought some laurel from them but the experience isn’t very good and I will not be using them again 😤

After waiting for a few weeks for my 10 laurel plants to be delivered received a text message yesterday saying they go turn up today went to work this morning at 10 o’clock and they were dumped on my driveway no phone call no one knocks to tell us they Head turned up clearly manhandled wrongly as one route was pulled out of the ball completely and several branches were broken on different Laurel plants for the price I paid for these this is not acceptable I was recommended by friends and feel I’ve been let down by the quality of the service I did call today and speak to a young man sent pictures over but as of yet I’ve not heard from the company as of yet not very happy !!

Purchased a shrub last year which cost £90.00 which we wanted as a feature. It is dying so I took pictures & returned to grasslands with my receipt to tell them how unhappy I was and would like my money back. This was not possible as they do not guarantee their plants. I strongly advise not to purchase from here.

Bought Hawrhorn from website, I received 25 sticks!!.. no foliage at all, what I received had no resemblance of what was pictured on the web site. Customers services just kept responding that that’s how they look at this time of year - er so picture that on your web site then…. Didn’t get a refund as I’d have to accommodate safe return postage, which it seems for plants etc is a specialist courier ….. don’t bother.

Order still hasn’t come a week after promised & I even ordered it 2 week in advance 🤣. Not even in stock now even though I rang to check before I ordered it 3 weeks ago that it was in stock

Not extra wide. In fact the skinniest yew I have bought. Will not buy from Grasslands again. More akin to a pencil cypress.

I can't review something I haven't received. My order was made, acknowledged, and the money taken from my card on 17 October. It is now 1 November and I have heard nothing further. I rang and was told that I would be contacted by today with a delivery date. I have still heard nothing. Just what kind of customer service is that supposed to be?

Hi experience which on the whole video company is horrible how old are lovage and I get sometime in the green plant I spoke to someone they say to me you’re older this man didn’t I don’t know how this happened I spoke to someone are older email and nobody come back to me

Ordered 4 Monarda Baby Spice 3 Litre Pot, all of them arrived in very bad condition- moulded leaves, with black marks, visibly ill with an infection. posting bad reviews on their site is impossible- clearly they do not want to have a bad reputation. Very disappointed with this shop and order

Received 2 cypress trees. One has lots of yellow leaves around the base. Asked to replace if and I was offered a shocking explanation - leaves come off during winter ( tree were delivered in August ) . For any replacement you get charged the delivery fee. Not a great experience , I would ask for photos before delivery in the future .
