Had a delivery on Saturday for 20 plants. I only received 18. I have made numerous phone calls only to be told they would get back to me which they haven't. I have also sent a couple of e-mails which they have not bothered to reply to. Very disappointed with the customer services and still two plants short and out of pocket.

Checked before I ordered & it was confirmed that there would be no delivery charge. Completed the order form & no delivery charge until directed to payment when it was added in assumed this would be then credited but it wasn't. The delivery arrived with no prior notice a large vehicle which may not have been able to turn round if we hadn't been in. I would have expected prior notice on a order of that size.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and had no update since on any delivery. I have called 3 time, first couple of times the lady who answered promised to get hold of her manager, but am still waiting. Called again today and nobody answered.

I order three passion fruit plants, two were of very poor quality and one is okay. On the day of delivery, I sent an email and photos to Grasslands for input on the quality of the plants they had provided with no response.

My review is definitely incomplete as I haven’t received my item yet so I don’t know the quality of the plant. But it’s been over two weeks, I’ve been charged £50 for delivery and I have got no idea of when delivery will happen!

You have taken my money a week ago but no communication as to when yoiu will deliver. It would be more ethical to take money when the product uis deivered.

Probably about the worst online buying experience I've had. One part of delivery (8 shrubs) was the incorrect variety, ok a mistake, but they ARGUED via email and said they couldn't ring me because my phone is blocked (funny that the delivery man could phone and so can anyone else, eh?). The delivery driver agreed the items were wrong when I showed him some existing ones I already have. Grasslands then told me I'd be refunded in due course (??) but less their £50 delivery charge!!! Damn cheek. What's really annoying is I checked three times before and during ordering that they had the variety. You can't speak to anyone there as the managers (there are several apparently) are 'out today'. I now have to attempt to claw back the payment through my bank. Utter waste of time.

Hi Dimo, I looked in to your issues last week and sent you an email, Sorry the product listing was confusing, we did send the correct plant as per the product name but it was not what you were expecting because the description was wrong. We have processed a full refund for you. Kind Regards

Delivery driver was rude because he struggled to find my house, order was one plant short, another item was not the height i ordered. Emailed the support email address the same day and haven't received a response over a week later. This company couldn't care less.

Even though Grasslands website stated they had the two plants in stock and I payed for them both. I was later informed that in fact they weren’t and they offered me two far more expensive plants instead. If the items are not in stock please delete them from the website.

I ordered 4 Thuja Atrovirens (£10 each) on 7th Nov. On 10th Nov I was advised that they were being picked. On 12th Nov I was advised that you could not supply them and I would receive a refund. I received this refund on 17th Nov. As I write, this item is still being advertised for sale. I will not be using your services again.

We bought a Jerre Schwartz maple from Grasslands back in May 2020 for ~£300.00, expecting it to deliver an appreciable level of autumn colour in our garden. Nothing of the sort happened and the shrub stands there without leaf or colour. Very disappointing. Called into the garden centre about ten days ago to express our dissatisfaction only to be told “ what do you expect me to do about it”. So we wrote an email to the sales@ email address - but here we are about a week later without having received a reply. Very very poor Customer service.

I bought 2 Cupressus Macrocarpa. 1 damaged on delivery and the second is dying already. So disappointed. Contacted customer support re damage as advised by driver re broken branch and told to cut it off - which then leaves it with an odd shape. Second plant started browning on one side within 5 days. Not worth the money.

Well i wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered my products. Ordered on the 9th no communication from them until I send an request asking where my order was... In which they informed me that something I had ordered wasn't in stock. Then I received my order on the 2nd.. well the delivery driver had a Master Degree in CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOW. I will not be using them again.
