“First time customer and am very happy to find Grasslands! What an amazing variety of shrubs and trees. We bought quite a few very large shrubs and trees which on arrival on the lorry (great driver) were bigger than expected, huge! When taken out the pots the roots were beautiful, the soil moist and the trees were in perfect condition, with lots of new growth. We cannot be happier! The shrubs and trees are great value for the size and condition. These guys truly look after their plants, which is quite rare these days in large nursery's. 5 Stars!”

“I said to the driver, it's rare to buy something on the internet and it arrives actually looking better than it did in the pictures! My only issue was that after pre-ordering a couple months in advance, I was only told it would be delivered a couple of days before it arriving (so had a lot of digging to do in a short amount of time, with some notice I could have paced myself). Then, on the day it was due to come, the driver was ill so it was delayed a day. No problem with people being ill, that happens, but with something big like this that you have to stay home for (therefore time off work etc.) it was a huge inconvenience. Apart from those points I was incredibly happy with my purchase, the driver that came was incredibly nice and helpful!”

“I have previously always been delighted with orders from Grasslands so I was a bit disappointed when my latest order arrived to find one of the three Heleniums ordered was a bit damaged and not of the usual quality. This might have been due to a slug being packed with the plants, which I found on opening the delivery.”

“Highly recommended. We ordered a Magnolia tree from Grasslands Nursery to memorialise our beloved dog, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. The tree arrived incredibly quickly and was in immaculate condition. During a very difficult time, the team were so helpful, understanding, and compassionate. Their care and professionalism made a real difference, and we're grateful for their help in creating such a special tribute - a special mention to Emily who was excellent and super helpful sorting everything. Highly recommended.”

“Fabulous specimen, very happy it. Arrived safe and sound, no damage with good communication from both Grasslands and courier on the day of delivery. Would highly recommend the nursery for your horticultural needs particularly Tree ferns!”
