“Good service at the centre, lack of contact in between purchase and delivery, which took a bit longer than advised. However once out, easy to track and delivered on time on the day. Driver accommodating with putting the tree in a safe spot, and tree is in good health. Overall happy.”

“Quality of the product and the speed of delivery as exceptional however the courier company that Grasslands uses needs to be improved. I was provided 14 minutes notice of the delivery being made (to which I was already at work) following which the courier decided to leave £400 worth of plants just sat on my drive ready for anyone to knick. This resulted in me having to leave work in the middle of the day to move the plants myself into a more secure location. Very inconveinent and the company needs to think about providing better notice to its customers for such large orders.”

“The Camellia I bought is a beautiful addition to my garden. It was well packed, looks very healthy and was a very good price. My only gripe isn’t with Grasslands but with Parcelforce who only gave me a 10 hour window for delivery - failed to deliver - and then another 10 hour window the next day. The box was very battered, but fortunately my Camellia wasn’t.”

“We ordered 5 Portuguese Laurel plants. I had a query, to which Customer Service responded very promptly and very helpfully. Soon after, the plants were delivered early in the morning when we were out, and they were placed carefully and discreetly along the side house walls. The plants arrived in tiptop condition, absolutely beautiful. If you want good healthy plants for a very reasonable price, this is the place to go. On top of that, they're prepared to deliver further afield. Top marks in every single aspect, highly recommended.”
