“Plants OK so far. It's the pickup from your nursery by parcel force which is wrong. Waited in for plants to be delivered on the advice of the nursery /parcel notivcations, only to be told, it had not been picked up yet. Get your act together, only inform customers when the item has actually left your nursery. Because people have to plan a head, to get plants into the ground same day as delivered. Wakeup or loss business.”

“Excellent packing and very healthy looking plants on the whole. There was a small hiccup with delivery but no big problem. Most of the shrubs in the order are in excellent shape and sized exactly as expected. The hydrangeas are slightly smaller than anticipated and covered in powdery mildew which I am aware they are prone to but I would not have bought these had I seen them 'in the flesh'. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my experience with Grasslands Nursery.”

“We bought around 7 mature trees from grasslands. Service was very professional. Helen in their office is very helpful on thr phone. Delivery was very smooth. Lovely delivery guy called me up 10 minutes before and it was as smooth as smooth can be. Great job. Strongly recommend.”
