“We bought some beech hedge whips, a Field Maple tree and an Acer Tree/Shrub. Our two main points of contact were Vicky, in main 'reception', and Vicky in the nursery. Both were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable within their role. Part of our order was bare root whips. There was a problem of timing the whips with the ground work which required a delay in delivery. Grasslands were both flexible and accommodating in resolving the issue, delivering within a few days of our 'ready' date. Delivery updates were good & we had specific notice of delivery on the day. Grassland also sent useful information with do's and don'ts on delivery, on planting and on promoting healthy growth. Great service. Thank you. Ian”
