“Everything was easy from ordering online to receiving my delivery. After scouring the Internet over a couple of weeks, I found this site, offering fantastic prices for very mature and "impactful" size plants, which is exactly what I was looking for. All delivered on time, with a phone call about half an hour out, all on one pallet right to where I wanted them, and all very healthy and well packaged plants. Will definitely order again, infact I'm already looking.”

“Had exactly the plant variety I was looking for and in the quantity I needed. Delivery was very swift and the plants were well packaged. For five one litre potted plants the delivery charge was quite reasonable.”

“Barefoot yew plants were much shorter than described and very very dry. Must have been harvested ages ago and sat around. Hopefully they survive. Definitely not using grasslands again”

“Very good product, delivered on time. We were worried by the spotting on the leaves but we had very quick and informative response from Customer Service. Perhaps a note on the delivery info that due to watering this might happen. All in all - very pleased.”

“There were four very small and dying yew in the batch of ten. This was disappointing as we have used Grasslands previously for several large purchases and the quality was excellent. Not the usual standard - we have previously recommended Grasslands to friends, neighbours and garden professionals. However, very disappointing on this occasion - not at all how they are pictured.”

Hello Shahla, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear 4 of the plants were not up to our usual quality. After looking at the photos you have sent I agree that they are not fit for purpose and should not have been sent. I have refunded them back and you should get this shortly. “The plants I received from grasslands where very healthy l but I had to call three times to find out what was happening with delivery , each time I was told they would get back to me but didn't , it took a month to receive my order .”

“Shopping with grasslands was not a great experience. I ordered 23 plants to be delivered. When they arrived, only 11 came. I tried phone the office but had no response so I decided to drive over an hour to the nursery to try collect my remaining plants but the guy working would not give them to me. When I finally spoke to the office and arrange the delivery of the missing items. I was told that no compensation would be given. And to top it off, when the remains plants finally arrived, the condition of them was not gate good as they were root balls and had been out of the ground for too long.”
