“Excellent service from start to finish. Our purchase arrived very quickly via Parcel Force. The shrub was very well boxed and had travelled without any damage, The shrub it's self was a large, very healthy plant. Overall I was very impressed with everything. I will use Grasslands Nursery again”

“I ordered two plants. One was fine. The other, a hydrangea, arrived with mildew. Initially when I sent a pic they tried to tell me it was silt from pond water. I sent a further picture demonstrating that newly emerged leaves were affected, and then they just told me not to worry about it, leaves would drop off and all would be well next year... I was unimpressed by Grasslands responses: once something has mildew that's that, it can come back anytime. They may be relaxed about the fact the plant they sent me wasn't in the best of health but I am not... it may not thrive, or worse, it may infect my other hydrangeas. A disappointing shopping experience for me.”

“I pre-ordered Portuguese laurels and asked for them not be delivered before a certain date in October - I received them just after my request date. The plants look to be in excellent condition so we have high hopes for them producing an attractive hedge in a couple of seasons.”

“I for no reason whatsoever wasn’t expecting much of the plants I ordered as they were much much cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. I was absolutely thrilled to be proven wrong! Much bigger than expected and very healthy too!”

“excellent strong and sturdy plants with dense rootball so guaranteed to grow well once out of the pot. Ordered these to replace some flimsy laurel plants I had bought at a much higher price - arrived well packaged and ready to thrive so very much lsooking forward to the privacy they will give us 🙏”
