“Grasslands Nursery offers a good variety of plants to choose from, which is great when planning larger garden projects. The discount offered on larger orders is also quite generous and definitely a positive. However, the delivery time of around 10 days feels quite slow, especially when compared to other suppliers. In terms of quality, my experience was mixed.”

“Ordered products were not delivered to the correct address. The replacement products were also delivered to the same wrong place. No other delivery agent has had trouble delivering to ourn address. the plants were in poor condition due to the delay. Had trhey arrived on time they would have been very acceptable. Delivered to an unoccupied property. When owner visited they kindly brought the package (incorrectly left on its side and damaged) to us. We are trying to keep the plants alive.”

“I have to say I am so inpressed with my fatsia japonica ,I have been looking around as I wanted a large plant and saw this ,when it arrived it was a beautiful lush plant ,the leaves were a beautiful deep green and the packaging was excellent, it had been really thought about .I want yo thank all the team as they clearly care about what they do”

“Ordered several trees of different species and size. All first class quality on delivery. There were a few broken branches but no major ones or a complaint would have been raised. Out of stock items should have an easy way of lodging a back in stock notification. Please make that available on every item. Other than that. Top notch. Ld: Paul G.”

“Great plant, looks v healthy. Second one we've bought to add privacy to overlooked garden. Delivery was fab, really helpful and courteous young man. You won't find a better price, especially with delivery, around as I've checked!”

“I would have given 5 but for the fact that one of the trees seems to have been left against something that has squashed the back somewhat. Otherwise excellent help with choosing the trees and delivery very good and on time.”

“Well, an all round excellent experience. Ordered a 3 ft log which arrived in stunning condition, obviously meticulously grown. 7 ft tall with the fronds out. Quick delivery and the delivery driver could not have been more cheerful. Couldn't be happier with it!”
