“We ordered a pallet of 20 laurel rootballs for a new hedge. Grasslands kept me informed and delivered in my preferred range on dates. They kept me informed, even a call from the delivery driver to let me know when he would arrive. The laurel plants were delivered in good condition. Grasslands responded promptly to emails.”

“Communication is brilliant if I had a query. However I wish they would send out gift cards, rather than me having to pay more money to get them printed off. I don’t have this persons email address to forward them across too.”
