“Grasslands plants are acceptional. The condition of the plants when they arrived cannot be faulted. Well packed and the plants arrived VERY healthy considering the challenging weather we have had. “the maple may well have been the best I have ever puchased .healthy and beautifully packed which was just the right size to protect the perfect branch structure the price was extraordinarily good as it was on offer but believe me if I need to buy trees and shrubs again this nursery will be my choice offers or not thank you very much and I hope my review tempts a few more your way all best John Marsh”

“Excellent again, amount ordered meant a Parcelforce delivery 😬 but it was faultless, it was so well packed and sent and the Parcelforce delivery guy was also excellent and extremely polite. Quality of plants sent where brilliant, couldn't fault it.”

“Very pleased with service we received and delivery within a few days, but when the trees arrived the bamboo frame was quite mishapen on one of the trees, and a few of the securing ties where loose. It took us awhile to realign the bamboo frame, which still isn't perfect but done the best we can as novices.”

“This is my first order with grasslands and after an initial missed item on my order I found their customer service excellent once the issue was raised. They addressed it quickly and supplied a replacement promptly. The plants supplied are excellent, very competitive price wise. Even the delivery driver with the replacements was polite and contacted me before delivery. I will be buying more in the future. Many thanks.”
