“I ordered 3 5ft jasmine plants and they arrived in poor conidition. The root balls were parched, one pot broken because the plant was root bound and they have an infestation with black sooty on the leaves. I contacted Grasslands twice about this and no response... so when prompted to leave this review unofrtunately with no resolution I can only give poor feedback. I will say that the honeysuckle I ordered is in perfect condition, so perhaps just an issue effecting some plants.”

“Receives 8 red robin plants 150cms by delivery very healthy looking and insanely cheaper than my local nurseries , delivery only took 1 week considering I live in Kent was much quicker than expected, great service no fuss and we got exactly as described on website definitely buying from grasslands again a great find.”

“I Travelled a long distance to view some pleached trees today that state on the website there are 40 in stock. The Customer service wasn’t great when I arrived, I was willing to make a purchase for over £2500 but was told that if they trees weren’t in the pleached tree sales area, it was unlikely that I’d be able to view before buying. I was then told that they weren’t in stock even though the website stated there were 40. There was no attempt to try and sell me the other pleached trees or to take my details and let me know when they’d be in stock. Very confused by the customer service today.”
