“Awful service and administration staff attitude ! I returned two trees (£198) to the nursery yesterday as I wasn’t happy with their appearance and was advised I’d be refunded. Great ! Not great when grasslands charged me £19.80 as a ‘restocking fee’ due to the time and effort required to accept them back. What an absolute joke ! I even purchased different trees to replace the ones I wasn’t happy with ! Wish I hadn’t now. Will never use grasslands or recommend !”
