“I had a really good experience buying from Grasslands Nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The online ordering process was a breeze, I received emails notifying me on progress of my order, the plants, in this case six small yew hedge plants, arrived exactly when they said they would and the plants were in excellent condition and exactly as described.”

“Excellent service. I ordered 2 Edgeworthia Chrysanthias as the photos looked perfect & healthy. I wasn't disappointed! They arrived quickly and with great instructions as I couldn't plant them on site immediately. I followed their instructions as they were at home and have just planted them on site a week later. They look great!! (3L pots) Very healthy and perfect for where they were needed - either side of a 3 yr old one. A great price and delivery perfect too. Very happy with my purchase! They are for a community site that a few of us volunteers run in Richmond-upon-Thames and everyone loved the original plant which has gorgeous scent & provides winter nectar! We think 3 in a row will be wonderful in the depths of winter! Many thanks Grasslands!”

“I cannot recommend Grasslands Nursery enough. The plants are of very high quality and the prices as good as they come. I've not seen healthier tree ferns anywhere else and the hostas are lush. The team are also super lovely and a pleasure to deal with especially the 12 year old Jack Russell who helps with deliveries. I'll always look here before anywhere else moving forward.”

“I was very disappointed by the condition of the this and the other acer I received. It was shrivelled with lifeless curled up leaves and I will be suprised if it survives. This is a pitty because other plants from Grasslands Nursery have been in very good condition”

“The tree arrived a day later than stated on my massager. (Stated Wednesday but arrived late on Thursday) The box was battered and torn at the bottom, the tree itself was very dry and sad looking. I have planted it and hopefully it will recover. I have found lately that “Royal Mail” is really bad at delivering parcels. Such a shame. Not your fault, I’m confident that the little tree will be ok, I will take great care of it.”

“First Class in EVERY way ! From an initial telephone enquiry I received a comprehensive response (including a photograph). Very easy ordering and payment system. Plants were delivered in A1 condition by a very friendly and helpful driver ... with nursery to delivery over 200 miles. All backed up by useful guidance and advice.”
