“I ordered 6 conifers at probably an unbeatable price. They arrived very quickly and well packed. All 6 of them were in perfect condition and at the top end of the advertised size. I was kept well informed of the state of my order and delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend Grasslands Nursery if you are in need of conifers.”

“I’ll gladly leave a review. What a professional company they are. I’ve dealt with a few online laurel sellers this summer while landscaping in stages and I’m sad I didn’t find these guys first up. Great customer service, delivery comms and timings, and the product is great quality. 10/10”

“Amazing service from start to finish. Lovely to deal right with thru to the delivery driver who turned up on time with a 4WD forklift and placed my heavy 27 two meter laurels exactly where I asked well wrapped and on two pallets. Much better than Seagrave Nurseries who took my money (July 2025) and went bust and then delivered nothing. Fantastic company to buy from. Thanks!”

“Fabulous bamboo plants- different business and some height difference but all within the stated dimensions - they were perfect for placing around our garden to ‘hedge up’ in various locations- and because of the maturity and thickness of some plants - we only needed 2 in one location where we envisaged needing 5!! All delivered within a few days which suited us perfectly - early morning delivery and a very polite and helpful delivery driver- we’ve only had them for a fortnight and already some have new thick growth of about 18 inches - we’re thrilled and will always purchase from Grasslands 🥰🤩👍”

“Disappointingly my Cotinus arrived with what looked like mildewed leaves. The response to my email requesting help was a convoluted affair blaming possible silt residue from their ponds and suggesting I wash the leaves in milk or wait for the rain, as the disfiguring mottling might eventually disappear. As the plant had been bought as a housewarming gift there was no time to wait for the rain and washing in milk had no discernable effect on the leaves, I was forced to visit a garden centre to buy a replacement.”

“It was a pleasure to deal with Grasslands, my order of 5 hedge plants was promptly delivered and it was clear to me and a specialist gardener friend of mine that the plants were of excellent quality. “Superb selection and so much ease of ordering the plants online. Only snag, Royal Mail promised delivery at 4.47 pm on Friday. Didn't expect such accuracy but the delivery guy came at 2.20 pm i.e. two hours early. Missed it and because of the long weekend holiday was delivered on Tuesday. Again the forecast delivery time given was wrong by two hours but we were home this time. The shrubs were healthy and according too the heights we selected. Well done and thank you. Will always get more plants from Grasslands in future.”
