“Wonderful service. Ordered at the nursery on a Sunday afternoon. Very helpful staff. Large tree delivered to North Yorkshire at 10.15 hrs on the Tuesday. Was so impressed.”

“I am so glad I picked Grasslands Nursery over any of the others I viewed on Google. This is the first time I have ordered on line, so I was apprehensive, but they had the plants I wanted in more or less the size, but what really helped was seeing the plants being held by a real human - a lot of sites just say the pot size, which is not helpful! I did ring to ask about delivery time scale and was told usually with in 10 days, but I could add instructions to have plants left in a safe place, which I did. The plants shown also looked very healthy, so I felt more confident about purchasing them. Delivery was quick, ordered on the 2/9, first plant arrived on the 6th, 2nd unfortunately got stuck on a broken down lorry on the motorway, and didn't arrive till the 9th, but no issues at all. The plants are so well packed (taped in such a way they cannot move around in the box) and given plenty of water, so you would have thought I'd collected them locally! I feel so confident with this nursery that I will be returning for our next project. Thank you Grasslands!”
