“Much better than expected - delivered on schedule (albeit at 6am!) - good communication and plants appear to be thriving - thank you will shop again with this company - highly recommended in comparison to many”

“Dug and delivered in around 2 weeks (Nov 2025). Decent quality plant too. Pallet delivery company communication wasn’t great on the day but otherwise happy and would recommend.”

“The roots arrived very dry, and the plants weren't in the best condition either. The leaves were dry and had visible blemishes. The price for the plant was low, which I think is related to its condition. Overall, I don't recommend it.”

“Root balls arrived in good condition and are now dug in. Only reason for four star is that first warning of delivery was an email at 2:30 in the morning and then a text message at 6 o’clock in the morning saying it was going to be delivered in 20 minutes The root balls were then left on the doorstep”

“Easy to navigate website. Lots of ‘tips’ of how to deal with the bare root bushes we purchased and because we ordered early lots of updates to tell us when they would be digging/delivering. Will definitely use again.”
