“I have to say the service from Grasslands Nursery was first class. Products arrived early and the delivery guy was very pleasant. Products were delivered in great condition. Very good customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again. I wish more companies were like this!!”

“I have a complicated delivery address because the property can’t easily be reached from the road and the nursery was very accommodating, the driver followed the instructions exactly, 5 stars. Also the stock here is fantastic.”

“I purchased 12 Portuguese Laurels to replace a small section of box hedges which had been affected by box blight. The laurels when they arrived were excellent specimens and l shall be ordering more plants later in the year to replace additional box which are currently dying.”

“I planted the privet within 4 days of receiving them in 2 bags of compost in rainy weather, watered them regularly, one is perfect 5 are showing signs of life but the remainder are looking lifeless. The reason I have not completed your feedback is to give them a chance to grow. What I can't understand is why one is perfect, 5 are showing some kind of life and I think the rest are dead. Pleased with your service but very disappointed with results.”

“Thank you for the safe delivery of my olive tree, loved the picture of it being loaded. A very happy and healthy plant arrived at its new home. Great service from start to finish!!”

“Very pleased with the quality of the tree, when I took it out it was swarming with ants and the little sods bit me all up the arms, I think it was because the soil in the pot was very dry. But very happy with the tree. Came on a pallet and the driver refused to take this leaving me to have to go to the local tip which was a bit of a pain, thought you should know this. David Leach.”

“Good delivery and a very healthy plant Not the Portuguese laurel ordered but a cherry Laurel substitute. I have had a portuguese laurel in the past and this plant is not the plant I ordered .SorryGrasslands ,not up to expectations ,and a serious breach of service”

“Delivery and communication good. My 10x Robusta bamboo plants were smaller than expected tbh and pretty thin with multiple dead or damaged leaves. I watered them on arrival and planted them the following morning. They’ve been watered daily since but the jury is out on whether they will prosper. Still a bit pale. We’ll see.”
