“Exceptional service, delivery and value for money. The plants were in wonderful condition, far better than seen in local area garden centres. I was searching for a miniture Philadelphus, found Grasslands on internet. Delivery by themselves before breakfast”

“Great Nursery providing great plants. We’ve ordered a lot of plants over the past 6 years from Grasslands, all have been online purchases, delivered in great time and fantastic quality - all are still living and thriving. Can’t ask for anything more. We tend to buy online due to the competitiveness of prices but I’d go so far as to say range, price and quality beat all local nurseries.”

“This was my 1st order from Grasslands I took a chance due to the price being cheaper than other places and boy did it pay off! I was quite pleased with the quality and size of the plant and how quickly it was delivered. Not to mention how securely it was packaged.”

“Would never buy again from this company Grasslands one of the main men would never admit to the trees I brought were almost rootless explained absolute nonsense? This so called man told me that he grew the trees yet Im certain they were shipped in from abroad as the had a blue tape round the stem which I believe is a customs must when importing trees?”

“Not a great experience, first they delivered the laurels I ordered to the wrong address even though they were using their own delivery driver and it would have been obvious it was the wrong address as it had a different house name. Then the replacement trees they sent a couple of weeks later were yellowed, one was falling out of the pot with roots showing even though I had specifically asked them to ensure the replacement trees were decent. I was so disappointed with the condition of the replacement plants I opened a return. Then several weeks later they called me and advised they would collect the next day which was nowhere near enough notice. I was away with work which I told them during the call yet their delivery driver still showed up at 6.25 am. Lucky I wasn’t home that day as I would have been very annoyed being woken up at that time of the morning. They now state they can only provide 1 days’ notice of collection which is ridiculous, and will not refund until they do collect so really they are ensuring they don’t collect and thus don’t have to refund!”

“I choose Grasslands Nursery for their competative prices when looking for Cherry Laurels of a decent size to make an impact as a hedge straight away. I placed my order on line on Sunday and by Monday AM I was informed my delivery would be with me the day after. The following day my items were quietly delivered whilst most of the house was sleeping at 6am in the morning. The driver did not knock and instead quietly left my goods on my drive. This was very considerate considering the early hour. My cherry Laurel trees are of good height, good leaves and bushy and I am so impressed with this overall service. I will come back to Grasslands Nursery again.”

“I placed my order and then got a call to say they could not deliver to my address. So I decided to cancel. I then got a call back to say they had found a solution and that they would be able to deliver. So it was all booked in and the delivery went very smoothly. Great that they came back, excellent service. Plants are perfect as well.”
