“Plants arrived in a mess in box, all plants were out of their pots & one plant was unsalvable. Sent email advising plants arrived in poor condition & not happy as were present for my daughters garden in New house. Replied by saying they were hardy & will recover easily. No customer service at all.”

“Tree excellent but compost so dry that it spilled out in the packaging suggest that something is put around pot to stop this happening if box is shaken by courier, otherwise would buy from them again.”

“As I had 2 broken wrists I was forced to buy Evergreen Bissetti on line. Delivery was prompt but quality (in my opinion) was poor. Eventually I received younger healthier plants, but was charged again for delivery. Zach handled my query professionally & politely but wouldn't use on line again.”

“I ordered 30 buxus plants. They were delivered in an enormous box and I wondered whether I had ordered 15” plants not 15cm! I opened the box and there they were, snug and beautifully packed in the bottom. They are lovely healthy plants and are doing really well.”

“Absolutely fabulous place , we were spoilt for choice . We ordered four 6 foot photinia and the service was second to none ! Arrived when the said they’d deliver and we were kept upto date all the way through . So glad we found this company !”

“My Fatsia japonica arrived quickly and well packaged. Condition was excellent and the larger size was exactly what I imagined for the £41 price tag. Would buy from Grasslands again”

“This is my first order with Grasslands Nursery, and I was very impressed. To start with, I really appreciated the fact that all plants on sale featured a photograph of what the actual item would look like, as delivered. Then the shipment arrived very quickly: ordered late at night last Friday, delivered today (Wednesday) around lunchtime; and the plants (Abelia Kaleidoscope, Sempervivum Mix, Juniper Julep) were all plump, vigorous specimens. Finally, I thought that the packaging was by far and away the most well-adapted for plant delivery I have thus far encountered: very secure, yet easy to unpack, with the minimum amount of padding and adhesive tape. Grasslands will be my first port of call next time I need some more plants for the garden.”

“Flower is beautiful. The only problem was that it was a surprise gift and was delivered in no box and left on the step so I had no surprise for anniversary present”
