“Love using Grasslands, not only do you get really great quality healthy plants, you also get a photo with a real person next to the plant so you know exactly what size you are getting - it is soooo useful! Thank you”

“They delivered a tree with multiple broken branches, I immediately took pictures and sent them. Their terms and conditions state if they damage it in transit you will be compensated. They just responded that despite the broken branches it would be fine and it was a good time to prune anyway. Not impressed.”

“Two shrubs were delivered by Grasslands in questionable condition. Went ahead and planted them out, then watered regularly in accordance with Grasslands advice but three weeks later, they are on their way out. Expect to have to shortly bin them both. Very disappointing - will buy elsewhere in future.”

“Popped in last Tuesday to collect my two holly bushes i purchased online & was welcomed straight away didn't spend long at the nursery we're popping back for a good look and definitely getting more plants next time, very good quality & pleny in stock 👍”

“Very pleased with my cherry tree. It was delivered in perfect condition with lots of lovely buds ready to open in the spring. Will be planting it next week once the potting shed and a few other improvements are finished in the garden.”

“I am pleased with the whole service,good website and I was able to see a picture of the size of the tree. I was kept informed and was mailed when delivery was due. It was delivered on the day ,in excellent condition,I am very pleased with the tree,very good value ,thank you. Paul Voller”

“Plants where under sized when I queried this was told they recommend you cut the plants back by a third . What is the point of paying extra for taller plants?? Very Poor service from customer service and won’t be using the again”
