“Everything went very well. The ordering was easy and the price was good. It would have helped if they could have been able to give an idea of when the delivery could happen but the weather didn't help them! The delivery was excellent - we were out at the time but they placed the plants exactly as we had asked. We watered them immediately and planted them recently. They look good and we are hoping for a good hedge as the months go by and we will be pruning them to encourage bulking out. All in all an excellent experience.”

“Absolutely delighted with the service and value for money from Grasslands. We have moved to a new property and are designing our garden from scratch. We will definitely be using Grasslands for the Magnolia and Acer trees we require in the Spring.”

“Wow! Another great tree can’t wait until spring for it to flower thank you so much. Id like to add I’ve ordered several times and every plant or tree has been delivered in great condition and in speedy delivery time! “Prices are really good, any questions i had were answered promptly. The only small negative point was to do with delivery. Had a message to say they'd been dispatched and couldn take up to 10 working days for delivery. They actually turned up the next day which was fab but I wasn't expecting them that quickly so therefore i spent the next 2 days frantically digging and planting 25 privet bare root hedges so they wouldn't die. I text or something to give an exact date for delivery would have been more helpful in my opinion. Otherwise, it was all fab.”

“They delivered a tree with multiple broken branches, I immediately took pictures and sent them. Their terms and conditions state if they damage it in transit you will be compensated. They just responded that despite the broken branches it would be fine and it was a good time to prune anyway. Not impressed.”
