I was recommended this company by a garden designer and ordered 2 box cones (topiary) for either side of the door. They arrived in good condition with lots of fresh new growth. I followed up with a query about pruning and received a speedy response. It is a pity there isn't more advance information about delivery time. I knew the day, but was told it could arrive any time between 7am-5pm, and that no timeslots are possible, so I could have sat in all day. I do think more information should be possible. However, I'm glad to say they arrived in good time and we're happy with them.
