“My plants were sent lifeless and did not grow. After emails with Grasslands Nursery was refunded. Hope for better luck next time if I purchase from them again.”

“First Class Service from Ordering to delivery, the delivery guy Alex was so friendly, but professional (sadly very rare these days)nothing was too much trouble for him and he put the laurels inside the side gate for me as I'm a pensioner and I couldn't manage it, I have had problems in the past ordering online but what a lovely experience your company was, thank you for that keep up the good work and you've chosen your staff well, hold on to them.”

“have been told my delivery is due today. I have waited in all day and it never arrived. I was told that the driver was on route yet nothing. Absolutely unacceptable to miss a day of work and not receive my delivery”
