“Staff are always very helpful. Especially Mike. Plants are good quality too. Nice to be able to see the exact specimen plant and have it delivered. Visited often and bought many plants as planting up a new garden.”

“Ordered 10x 6ft Leylandii and am very pleased with the trees. Great specimens delivered very efficiently and with courtesy. Best price I could find for such an order and the quality of the plants couldn't be better. Very happy to recommend Grasslands.”

“Great experience. Very attentive to my online questions. Plants arrived in fantastic packaging - I ordered 12 plants and was curious to see how well they arrived. This company uses a great courier company and plants arrived within 24hr. And finally the plant quality was excellent. Would have absolutely no problem in highly recommending my experience with Grasslands and will look to use them again.”

“I recently bought 6 potted laurel bushes. The plants arrived very promptly via Parcel Force. Unfortunately 3 of the pots were broken. This was due to the way they were packed. They came 2 to a box but the box was too small to stand the plants side by side and one was stuck on top of the other. Obviously the carrier did not take care when handling the boxes and this resulted in the lower pot in each box being broken. The plants themselves were fairly sturdy and in good order but you have to find another way to package them for delivery. Perhaps a slightly larger box? I have read another review where this has happened and it doesn't seem to have done much good.”
