“I ordered 10 laurel shrubs, foxes dug them all out but we planted them straight away and put netting alont and up on the fence - they are thriving so well. I can't wait till they grow tall to hide my neighbour's messy garden/fencing. Highly recommend this company. Great service and these all came so well packaged. One happy customer.”

“We received a most beautiful Pieris Forest Flame plant in excellent condition and very well packaged. The price was very reasonable and we feel we've had very good value. Delivery was very prompt and all in all we would highly recommend Grasslands. This was our second purchase from them and the first time was just as good.”

“Thank you for a reliable service, conifers doing well so far. As I feel I have been a regular customer and have bought over 27 large 6-7ft conifers this year, I just feel Grasslands could have offered me a better discount, even a couple more FREE”

“Wish I could give them 0 for the poorest service in the world. They asked where to drop of the plants and then drop them somewhere completely different. The delivery driver who arrive 6am went into the neighbour's property to take pictures of the plants which is so bizarre. When I contacted the company the woman was playing the blame game. Plus I 3 plants for £40+ and bought one taller plant for almost £65 and all 4 plants arrived the same exact size of a £40+ plant with most of the leaves going yellow and they are refusing to refund the difference of £15 for the 1 plant being smaller and instead threaten to collect all 4 plants. With service like this they can keep their lousy plants anyway.”

“This was my first order with Grassland and based on that one interaction I am extremely impressed. The pictures of the plants on the website are a great feature and the plants that arrived certainly matched the quality of those in the picture. The packaging for the plants was excellent - the best I have seen of ANY online nursery/plant supplier - and they arrived in superb condition. The Order was placed late on a Tuesday evening and the plants arrived On Thursday. The price was extremely competitive and I would have a very high level of confidence in using Grasslands again.”
