“Delighted with the plants, they came very well packaged and in a good healthy condition. Have planted a couple which took longer than anticipated because the grass I needed to remove was so hard. But the two planted look as if they have took, so fingers crossed the rest do. Very happy with purchase.”

“First time I have placed an order through Grasslands Nursery and I am very impressed with firstly the help and curtesy received from their customer service and support team in providing me with all my necessary information needed on prices, delivery and plant care.My order was placed just before Easter Holiday so I didn't expect delivery until following the Bank Holiday. The delivery arrived right on time three days after. The delivery company was absolutely first class and assisted me in unpacking and carrying my heavy purchases into my rear garden. Graham the driver was covered in dust and debris and was an absolute marvel.. Many thanks not only to Grasslands for supplying excellent plants but Graham went the extra mile in providing true customer care. Best wishes to you all !”

“Poor quality products, many of which have died (hundreds of pounds worth). Customer services next to useless, even when you escalate to management. Just go somewhere else is my recommendation, because if you have a problem, and there’s a good chance you might, Grasslands don’t give a care.”

“Grasslands were quick to appreciate the photo of the plant I received and were immediately apologetic that it was not up to standard. They offered to reduce the price by half, but I instead took their offer of a full refund. It's therefore 3 stars as this whole process took some three weeks and upset my gardening plans. I was however very happy with the caring customer support.”

“The tree was delivered within a few days of ordering and the driver was very helpful and took it to the planting place in my garden for me. The tree is planted with mycorrhizal fungi and looks healthy. Fingers crossed it will grow well. I have used Grasslands over the past few years numerous times and every has grown really well. Thank you again Grasslands keep up the good work and CS”

“I ordered a Prunus cer tree several months ago. I’ve decided now, to write my review. When the delivery driver arrived, he handed me a Rhododendron shrub. The soil was so dry, hadn’t been watered for delivery from what I could tell. I was the last delivery of the day, and he realised he’d delivered my tree to a property miles away. The driver said he’d had a very long day, and told me he’d drive back to where my tree had been delivered to. I phoned Grasslands to explain the problem while the driver stood with me, and told her the driver was going back to previous house. Her attitude was wrong. No apology, just a bland response about it. All I wanted to do, was try to sort the situation with them. It was was an error on the drivers part, and the customer didn’t check delivery properly on receiving the order. Mistakes are made, I understand that Driver phoned me when he got to the property, but the people had gone out. He told me he would drive back down there the next day to collect my tree. I phoned Ashridge again, and asked for a refund. Simply because of the uncaring attitude I was given over the phone. I told her I wasn’t prepared to give them my money with an attitude like that. Luckily, I found that same tree in a garden centre. It’s growing really well.”

“I ordered 2 Red Sunset Rubrum acers and were delivered safely, in good shape and in excellent condition. They arrived with new leaves emerging and the leaves are now fully opened. Very satisfied with my purchase. Customer Service is excellent and pro active communications. Would highly recommend.”
