“The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the delivery. The plants were a day late arriving and when they did arrive the poor things were actually lying on their side with compost and bark chippings in the bottom of the box. There was damage to the plants (the box had obviously been dropped on it's side) but as the plants are perrenials it will not affect them next year. This is not your fault, it is entirely down to the courier.”

“The root ball trees, as you know, came with no instructions and died soon after planting as they had no roots. Although I was offered new trees at a discount, it took a long time to come to this solution and I have paid out £1,220 in total. So no, would definitely not recommend, not a positive experience”

“Purchased the extra wide 1.8 m tall cherry laurel plants. Absolutely superb, tall, very bushy, and created instant screening for us. Delivery excellent and communication also. Extremely pleased with purchase and returned to buy 2 more of the cherry laurels as they are so good.”

“I purchased two Euonymous shrubs from Grasslands and they arrived in fabulous condition, healthy and bushy and packaged perfectly. I cannot fault Grasslands in any way. I even had to modify my original order and they were quick to respond and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely buy from here again in the future if the need arises. Thank you Grasslands. “Delighted with the two Ilex crenata Convexa I purchased from you the other week. I have them in two planters now on either side of a path, and gave them a slight trim today so they look even better!
