“The only little problem was the delivery van did not ring me before as requested in the order form. I had to rush home from town to take the delivery.”

“Excellent quality plants and came on time. But when I purchased them over the telephone I was told they were all in stock. When they arrived there was 2 short and a note attached saying my money would be reimbursed to my account for the 2 missing. As a designer the 2 missing were important to finish the design fully.”

“The products I ordered met or exceeded my expectations. Delivery was as indicated and and i would use this company again. Having said that there was one minor issue. The first woman I spoke to was clear and audible. The second, (Christy?) was so softly spoken that I struggled to hold a conversation and place my order with her. I asked if her microphone was positioned properly but got no response to that.”

“Ordered late Monday Evening - shrubs arrived Thursday morning all packaged up & left on drive as requested. Hopefully all 100no laurel shrubs will take!”

“Our first visit to Grasslands and we enjoyed looking round the nursery. We travelled nearly 30 miles to collect shrubs for our son; bought one for ourselves and had a snack in their cafe before returning home. We were impressed with the plants / shrubs on display and thought the prices were good and competitive.”

“I was very pleased with the ease in which I was able to buy the hedging on line. I was also very pleased with the notification of the time they were due to arrive. As it happened they were much earlier on the day. So I was glad I was in. On the whole I was pleased with the plants. They were tall and bushy and made a good start to a hedge. Two or three had black spot, which I know can be quite common. I removed the diseased leaves and I am hoping that this is a minor hiccough. I have now got a spray for them.”

“The plants were as described, but I question the cost of postage due to the excessive size of the box they arrived in. Surely this cost could be reduced if package was more appropriate to the size of the plants ordered . Whilst pleased with my purchase would perhaps be reluctant to reorder due to paying for unnecessary packaging.”

“price great/product great/ one of the girls on the phone line was a bit rubbish. Q>why would i choose plant a over plant b? A> i dont know are they a slightly different shade of green. Q> will they ring me when they are en-route because i am going to have to get my parents to house sit for delivery. A> yeah usually. Q> is that yes or no. A> yeah usually. of course they didn't ring but the second girl i spoke to said they do not require a signature and the plants turned up as described, nice and healthy.”

“Despite my hedging arriving 3 days after the promised delivery date, the hedging is excellent and far exceeds my expectations. The 'red robin' hedging is very mature and looks extremely healthy; in fact I now have an instant hedge, something I was not expecting. I shall recommend Grasslands to colleagues and would use again myself. It is just disappointing that my order did not arrive on the designated date.”

“Plants were delivered in good time and condition ,although it was not made clear on the website what height the plant was, only the size of the pot... I thought I was buying a 'proper' tree not a 'standard' one.”

“oRDER CAME QUICKLY AND WELL BOXED UP. HEALTHY PLANTS. MINOR NIGGLE IN THAT THE PLANTS HAD BEEN BENT TO FIT IN THE BOX AND SUFFERED SOME DAMAGE.”
