“Received three plants. All well wrapped and healthy. They arrived in a large supporting box for stability. The hydrangeas both bushy and green. The iris slightly disappointed but this could be the time of year and trimmed back. Would definitely use again”

“Ordered online for collection. All plants collected were healthy and as expected. However some plants were out of stock (2 grasses available out of 7 ordered) so I had a part refund.”

“Unfortunately Parcel Force tried to deliver my Fuchsia order to the wrong address. This was in no way the fault of Grasslands and I eventually managed to track down the parcel at the distribution depot. The plants arrived in excellent condition and the packaging deserves top marks. I certainly recommend Grasslands and feel sure that I will make further purchases from them in the future.”

“I thought the trees were great and the service excellent. We chose three of the give trees by our own visual inspection. Two were ordered later on line and on one of them the bark on the trunk was damaged which is disappointing. I would however recommend Grasslands to others.”

“Phoned beforehand and staff were very friendly and helpful. Delivery driver was also friendly and helpful. Only issue is that I was told about 25% of my order (10 plants) were out of stock on the day before delivery. I feel like I shouldn't have been able to add to my basket and pay if so many items were out of stock.”

“Plant was received securely packed and in good comdition, however delivery took longer than expected, I had to phone 7 days after confirmation of purchase, was told it was being despatched that day and I would receive an email to say it had been despatched, 5 days later received an email to say it was on it's way. Unable to track the tracking number and arrived next day by parcel force, sheer coincidence that I was at home to receive it.”

“My shrubs were well packaged and healthy. I've ordered online before and was dubious but very pleased with the quality and wellbeing of them. Also really goid price! Planted up asap, so I'm confident they'll establish well.”
