“This was my first order and unfortunately the item was found to be out of stock after order was placed and payment taken. I rang and requested full refund and the person who took the call was extremely efficient. My card was promptly credited and even though I didn't get the product I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“The box plants were a very competitively price, arrived within several days of order, were well packaged, watered and were healthy. I would not hesitate in using this plants supplier again.”

“Good quality plants although the soil in pots on all of them was very dry when they arrived. It arrived about the date I expected but no notification email received to say they'd been dispatched so I didn't actually know they were on the way until I got a call from the driver 5 minutes away. I've used grasslands before and will again. Prices are good although delivery charges mean I wait until I have a big order before buying things.”

“I placed my order on the internet, the only thing i found lacking was the delivery time, i rang about 4 times asking when the plants would be delivered and the answer was not very clear or helpfull, just the day was given but not a time so i had to stay in all day and cancel what i was doing, next time i would go and pick up the order my self, besides that the plants look fine and in good condition.”

“Parcel force delivered to the wrong address several roads away. As I received this email for a review I knew the plants had been delivered somewhere. Julie managed to track the plants and we were able to collect them. The plants look in good condition and survived an extra days packaging”

“I was able to select an afternoon delivery as well as a specific day which was very helpful. The leylandii were in very good condition and much larger than I expected. Very good value. I wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future.”

“Good selection of products, well priced and reasonable delivery charges. Arrived on time. Only gripe is they weren't brilliantly packaged and I had to put a call in to Grasslands to figure to figure out where the fixings were. Communications with Grasslands was great; friendly and cooperative.”

“Their product range is superb and their prices are reasonable- wish I know about them before . I would have appreciated a little more help and advice in my purchase. My half standard hollies were delivered very quickly and I was delighted with the quality . I want and will buy more from them. Robin.”

“Good service apart from delivery I had asked for the plants to be delivered on a Friday as I was planting on the Saturday they said OK but the plants arrived 3 days early which means I now have to keep them wet in some soil until I plant them”
