“Very easy ordering process. My laurel were received very quickly. They were delivered whilst I was out but the courier put them exactly where requested on my order and even went to the trouble of taking them out of the box. The potted laurel were healthy and bushy as described. I was a little disappointed because they were described as 70/80 cms and only three out of twenty were actually 80 and a few barely 70cms but other than that, very happy.”

“The quality of the box plants from Grasslands was very good and they arrived quickly and were well packaged. I'm very happy with the plants. I found their communication about delivery times quite confusing however as their email tells you the dispatch date but not the delivery date and the customer service helpline had a 'not my problem' attitude.”

“I have been to grasslands a few times but I recently ordered on line and collected from the nursery. I would have no hesitation in ordering online and having delivery because the plants always look so good and healthy. As I live not too far away I do enjoy looking around the nursey.”

“Bought Daphne Odora Aureomarginata 3.5 ltr pot, Very competitive price for such a good size healthy plant still in bloom, delivered undamaged within 48hrs, would definitely recommend grasslands to others.”

“Repeat purchase of Laurel. Previous delivery, planted 18 months ago doing well, growing healthy. Ouch on the shipping charge for 12 plants .... wish i lived closer!”

“Unfortunately our afternoon delivery turned up at 6.50 pm. The delivery guys were very apologetic and helpful. Very pleased with our gravel and the lovely guy was extremely helpful when we ordered it with him.”

“I purchased 150 buxus (box) on-line at a good price compared with other suppliers. The transaction was easy and the plants arrived in two boxes by courier within the specified delivery time. I found all the plants in excellent condition. I would recommend Grasslands Nursery to anyone who wants plants in good condition, at a reasonable price and delivered quickly. However the downside was, after planting, I found that I was 4 plants short. The advice is: count the plants to make sure you have the number ordered.”

“The plants were in good condition but I was a bit disappointed by the size of the Magnolia Stellata. It was smaller than expected based on the photo of the man standing next to it. The delivery was good and arrived early in the morning enabling me to get on with planting”

“Ordering process, service and payment - and goods - all first rate. Perhaps you could ask your delivery service not to up-end the package and tip one of the trees/earth out of its pot!”
