“Excellent, prompt service, a small number of the Laurel hedging plants had small root balls and are struggling to take but there were more plants supplied over the number purchased so quite happy with that, overall nice strong plants, many thanks.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received, apart for one minor hiccup.I was pleasantly supp rised to see the very thick root system on the Buxus plants I quickly received.All I have to do now is sit back and wait for them to quickly develop into nice thick knot garden.Ps (I am an optimist, I am 87 years old). Many thanks W.G. Littlewood”

“Misleading delivery information: Was told delivery would be Friday afternoon/evening. Delivery was instead on Saturday morning. Not a good service when we made arrangements for the Friday.”

“The four catnip plants were delivered quickly and well packaged. My only problem is not with the nursery but with parcel force who didn't leave it in my specified place which was on the delivery slip so I had to wait two days to get it from a post office which was closed the following day and pay £ 1 for the privilege. Luckily the plants survived two days without being watered.”

“Prompt delivery and plants in excellent condition. The box the plants came in was quite fragile and the weight of the six plants was distorting the box making it difficult for the delivery man to handle. This could have damaged the plants even though they were individually secured within folds in the box. Boxes with a little more rigidity could help.”

“Ordering process was easy and the information of the website was very useful to decide exactly what I needed. The plants arrived well-watered and looking very healthy and larger than I had hoped. The great thing was I could not find any climbing hydrangea in any six of the garden centres I had visited. I could have saved myself hours trekking around in the car and just bought them online and at a better price straight from the nursery where I know they have been looked after properly Tracking the delivery was a bit tricky as the tracking code offered had to be edited to remove all the blanks when entered on the courier website. A direct link to the website of the courier would have been better. Also the tracking on the courier site did not give much help really. In the end I ordered on the Monday and had the plants by Thursday, which is pretty good. Bottom line. Will I be buying again. Absolutely!”

“Bought these laurels on line they came on time lovely green healthy trees. Only dissapointed with the width. I ordered extra bushy 6-7ft and paid extra but they seem quite thin , although they are tall it's the thickness I needed for instant hedge. Good value for what I paid as local nurseries were charging a lot more.”

“I was very pleased with the plants and how quickly they were delivered, but the only downside was that when the parcel force van arrived he informed me that the delivery box had split open because it was wet and would I care to look into the back of his van to decide if I wished to accept the delivery or to reject it, three of the four plants had fallen out of the box /carton as it was soaking wet on one side and only one remained inside the delivery box, there was a small amount of damage to one of the plants but not enough to worry about so I said it would be fine and I would accept them as seen, obviously something went wrong with the packaging and whose fault it was I do not know.”

“The speed of delivery was breathtaking ! The packaging was excellent ! But, the plants were disappointing, very leggy and malnourished. That said the plant size was very good for the price !”
