“I have been asked to pay for returns for an item that was faulty in the first place . Really unhappy with the customer service . I won’t be buying again from Grasslands.”

“Plants arrived "bushy and fat" as promised and bang in the middle of the height range. Time from purchase to delivery was also as promised. Good service and product.”

“3 weeks to receive order and very poor communication, had to call twice to find out when I was going to receive it and then still had no idea as was with courriers for 5 days before arriving. As a gardening professional, I understand hedging season can create longer lead times- so just give an accurate delivery date on your website? You cant expect professionals, who have jobs booked, to just sit for 3 weeks with no information and wait, if I've been told max 10 days over the phone. Price was competitive, but not much cheaper than other suppliers to be honest. Based on the service, not value for money.”
