“I sent photos of damaged to my plant which cost over £170. I was told it was bruising due to handling in transit even though the photos clearly show black marks if insect eggs or something similar that is killing the leaf and have a good munch if them too. Not Happy. I have asked for a replacement if a tip top specimen or I will be forced to contact my bank for a full refund. BEWARE”

“When i received the Viburnum (snow ball) she looked very sad, the flower heads were dead, the delivery driver said he wasnt surprised as it had sat in his van all night. Overall the shrub was very well grown, after a good feed started to look as she should, strong and healthy. I am looking forward to her next blooms and amazing perfume they give. I am very happy that i purchased from Grasslands, the quality of the shrub, the speed and communication was excellent, just a shame that my shrub was kept in a van over night. I would totally recommend Grasslands and am so happy that i did the research and ordered from them. A* Thank you”

“So glad I found grasslands, really reasonably priced and everything is really good quality! Placed an order online first and delivery was really quick. We were so impressed, we decided we wanted another so decided to visit the nursery and was blown away by the choice to see and how neat and tidy everything was kept. Everyone we spoke to were super friendly and helpful and we came away after ordering and hand picking our new beautiful trees! We will definitely be back soon!”
