“I have used Grasslands for many years and always found their plants to be of good quality and price. Their staff are generally knowledgeable and helpful. However, I recently purchased a large plant using their website. It stated that there were 24 in stock and that they were usually ready for collection by 9am the following day but not to visit to collect before receiving the 'OK' e-mail. Fair enough. Then, no e-mail. Gave it a few days and 'phoned them only to be told that their supplier hadn't delivered even though the item was 'in stock'. Eventually, after a fortnight and a few 'phone calls I was told that it was waiting for me, still no e-mail. So, bottom line, I waited a fortnight for an 'in stock' item and had to chase them up to get my plant that I'd already paid for. The idea of ordering on-line is to make it easier, not to wind the customer up to the point of wanting to cancel the order. Great plants, rubbish e-mail admin. I will not be using their website again!”

“Recently purchased a mixture of shrubs and perennials to fill in an area where bamboo that had gone mad had been removed. As usual good delivery time and great well packaged plants. My third time of buying from Grasslands over the last year and they have always provided great quality at very good prices.”

“I always use Grasslands if I possibly can - their plants are amazing, healthy and grow wonderfully but the thing I really like about it is the photos with real people standing next to the plants so you can really see the size of what you are getting - it is an excellent feature and I LOVE it!!!!”

“I have just taken delivery of some tall super wide potted Laurels. Fabulous quality, healthy & bushy shrubs. Perfect for what I needed and will make an instant hedge. Very pleased, courier was helpful and very friendly, everything from ordering to delivery was excellent. Their prices are competitive and the quality is lovely, I'd looked around for extra wide Laurels and these were definitely the best by far for the price I paid. I have purchased from Grasslands before and highly recommend them.”

“Plant came with several broken branches from not being secured suring transit. There were also several brown branches that the company stated was due to winter die back. I have had to prune quite alot of these branches so the plant is not quite what we thought we were going to receive. When the delivery driver picked the plant up the pot fell off as it was so dry. All in all I would not use this company ever again”
