“Excellent plants, had a few issues with delivery, being informed the delivery was going to be delayed, difficult to contact anyone only to then recieve an email to say it was an automated email sent in error, delivery guy Michael was great and the plants have been planted for over a week and looking great with new shoots/leaves”

“Prior to purchasing Laurels on line , I made contact with the office team on several occasions regarding questions I had . My order value was over £1k so I needed to ensure I was getting the correct product . However, it became very apparent that the staff did not know there products and that I asked too many questions .Upon delivery of my trees I was unable to track my order until the actual day , which was not helpful as it was delayed by a day ! This incurred additional costs to me to arrange the team.back to plant . Also the plants had not been watered for 5 days and due to the fact they were handled several times in and out of hubs , there was some damage . I would never use this company again !!”
