“I ordered 3 hawthorn plants. They arrived very well packaged and in good condition. I will be abe to tell more in spring as to whether they have survived or not. I ordered them just before a really cold snap, so the delivery was a few days late, but the customer service was brilliant. I'd rather the plants be a bit late and have them survive. Over all, I'm very impressed with this nursery.”

“These excellent plants arrived exactly on time and they were planted within two days. I am delighted as they are big and bushy. I have had to replace all my box plants which had the caterpillars, thus starting my knot garden from scratch again. I have to order more. Thank you Grasslands.”

Hi Julie, Im sorry to hear your not happy with your order. I have attached an image of the plants form the delivery. Could you let us know what the issue was, They appear healthy in the pod and I cant find any emails from you raising any issues. Would you please get in touch if your unhappy and we can look in to this for you. One thing I do notice on the image is the brown seed pods on the branches. These are quiet normal and nothing to worry about. Kind Regards Paul
