“Ordered the plant and it arrived the next day. Packaging was very good. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the plant had been attacked by some insect and quite a few holes in the leaves. Apart from that the plant looks healthy.”

“Pre-order enquiries were promptly responded to. Delivery arrived as scheduled. The driver however refused to leave the trees where I had asked for them to be left both at time of order, supported by a drawing I left on the door. Apparently he told my neighbour they were too heavy to move. They are now blocking the garage entrance sadly and I'm not strong enough to move them! A few of the leaves are yellowing, I just hope this is due to the recent spell of warm weather and they'll settle. Overall happy, just disappointed in the deliver driver.”

“The plants were in good condition, packed in a cardboard box on a pallet (50 plants in 2ltr pots), 4 were packed on top of other plants. I asked for a small lorry to deliver, unfortunately they arrived on a huge long wheelbase vehicle, so the driver had to ,manhandle the pallet up our sloping drive. He did well!”

“positives : Helpful company, good prices, good service, good range of plants of offer. only one slight negative: we ordered 3 bamboos and the staff kindly said they would accommodate our request for the tallest ones they had in stock. They were a good size. 2 of the bamboos were in perfect condition but the 3rd was a bit dried out and some of the leaves had turned brown so we hope it will recover ok. Large bamboo are not cheap so it will be disappointing if it does fade in health.”

“Unfortunately the plants supplied were the incorrect variety but this was swiftly and courteously resolved. It was not the fault of Grasslands as they had been supplied with incorrectly labelled shrubs. The replacement plants arrived packaged well and are extremely healthy.”

“Product as ordered and arrived in great condition. One small issue, the cost of delivery added a lot to the overall purchase cost. So and whilst I have a need for about another 60-80 of the same sized hedge plant will need to factor in the delivery before placing the order.”
