“When the trees arrived they were in good condition and large root ball. However communication has been poor. The order was placed mid Dec, with a 10 day delivery forecast, but was not avised that the nursery would be closing for 2 weeks over Christmas and so delay the delivery. And then again no communication after Christmas when the trees could not be dug due to the cold weather and frozen ground. So trees finally received late Jan.”
