“Arrived in excellent condition carefully palletised and friendly driver. Only downside was I was not informed of when to expect the delivery on the day, but fortunately it was mid morning so I could get on with my day. I did ask on paperwork for the driver to call me to say what time he would deliver, but this didnt happen Although both plants shaped by the Nursery as a rectangular trellis panel, or on a V shapped trellis I have placed them against a fence for evergreen coverage, and have removed a lot of the ' tie -ins' tape and started training branches onto 3 wires espalier style, to enable the original panel to cover twice its width. Looking forward to next year as they fill out and flower.”

“Very easy purchase. I bought 10 huge l Laurel hedge plants. On arrival I couldn’t believe the quality of them. Absolutely gorgeous. Brilliant service all round. Definitely will be buying again.”

“3 Wysteria trees were delivered all treated the same within a week one was dead as a door nail. No refund or replacement was offered and unhelpful customer service. Do not risk your hard -earned money.”

“2 stars because of the aftercare service. The plant was not in the best of conditions and the leaves looked very yellow which did raise concerns. I reached out to the support team via email to advise of this and the response I got was 'if you collected them in person, you would have seen them!' I am not trying to be awkward here but from a customers point of view, that response could have been a lot better and extra care should be taken when/if responding to customers via email. However, the garden itself where the plants are all kept and the cafe are excellent. It was a good day out.”

“The plants are 100% every time. The driver is always so polite and I would recommend Grasslands every time. We planted six trees from them last year and all are doing well. Shrub's we ordered this year and last are all good quality and growing well. Quality and size of plants is always the best.”

“Healthy plants. Good service. Wish they could go and get plants that are not available in the garden centre from the nursery like they used to. No one answers live chat so why have it.”

“Second time using this company and no complaints. Plants arrived safely and well packed, one plastic pot was broken but the laurel suffered no I'll effects. Planted within three days two weeks ago and the laurels appear healthy and doing well.”
