“I ordered 2 large shrubs and they were delivered a week after placing the order. Both were exceptional in quality and the carrier was brilliant. However having placed the order I id not have any update from Grasslands until the shrubs arrived. I suspect they do not have the staff to keep you updated so do not worry if you hear nothing after placing the order.”

“Awesome! Found online so pleased as sent great quality plants quickly, brilliantly packed with minimum plastic. Also charge less for delivery to the Isle of Wight than many other online suppliers.”

“Very nice quality root ball laurel plants ordered and delivered promptly. My only issue that I was only advised of the delivery on the day and was never provided with any delivery day options. As a result the plants were left on a pallet on my driveway whilst I was out and which I found when I returned home. This was an order in excess of £400 so I think this aspect or the order could have been handled better otherwise a 5 star review would have been provided”

“Excellent service. Ordering on line was simple, the delivery arrived within the week and the laurel hedging was well packaged and in good health, and slightly taller than requested. Now they just need to grow and spread for a perfect boundary.”

“Ordered 10 Pyracantha plants online and collected 2 days later. Got exactly what we want data reasonable price and process worked very well. Will be using Grasslands again!”

“The hedging that i ordered was exactly as shown on the website pictures and deserved 5 stars , but sadly the customer service was terrible, i was charged for a pallet despite phoning to ask if this was necessary (and was told it was) . The order took 10 days to arrive, even though on day one i received an email to say it was being processed (wasn't a big order ) and even though bare root it spent from at least Friday to Monday of the 10 days somewhere with parcel force because guess what even though i was charged for a pallet it was just sent in brown paper bags with Parcelforce. I did send several emails over the 10 days to see what was happening but with no joy and finally resorted to phoning which was not a pleasant experience both times i called. Hoping the fact that they were bareroot and left out of soil and water for all this time that they have not been affected ?”
