“Hi - admin and support on the phone were very easy and good. There was a bit of mix-up with the delivery date, but the support on the phone was very helpful in trying to rectify this, so all was okay in the end. I am dismayed with the number of leaves on my trees but I guess some of these may have blown off on the journey from Cheshire to Surrey.”

“Camellia received in good condition. Evergreen Azalea received full of black spots and yellow leaves. I would not expect to receive a plant in this condition. After sending pictures Customer services advised it was due to adverse weather and is a healthy plant. I have had the plant assessed elsewhere and am being told it either has fungus or infestation. Customer service advise i will have to return and pay postage of £30 the plant was £32 if i want a refund. Very very poor service.”

“We have had gates installed and needed 7 more laurels to complete the hedging. We ordered these from Grasslands and they were delivered to us within 5 days from payment. The quality of the laurels was amazing and nobody can even tell that we'd added extra laurels to the existing hedge. Such a great company to deal with, with expert advice and professional service.”
