“We ordered our laurels, which we tagged with our name, 2 weeks ago and was promised delivery the next week. Towards the end of the week we rang and were told that the products we had ordered were pre-ordered and not for delivery until October. We had picked out and put tags on the ones we wanted and paid for so how were we not having them until October. We were told that delivery wouldnt be the following Monday but would try for the Tuesday. We were due to get them delivered today but have just rang and they said delivery not today now. We havent even received a phone call to say they were not coming. We had to ring them to question why we hadnt heard off them with a delivery slot. We are now still waiting for someone to ring us back to tell us what is going on. Took our money (over £500) and customer service and communication appalling.”

“We’re a community gardening group and we did an online bulk order for one of our communal spaces. The plants arrived in a great condition and communication with further delivery instructions was quick and easy. Very happy!”

“The three items which I ordered (Gaura, Rhus Dissectum and Verbena Bonariensis ) arrived in perfect condition, exactly as pictured in the website images shown on the website (if not a little larger) and well packaged. A previous order was equally impressive. I would have no hesitation is ordering from Grasslands again and I can highly recommend this company.”

“Great Nursery providing great plants. We’ve ordered a lot of plants over the past 6 years from Grasslands, all have been online purchases, delivered in great time and fantastic quality - all are still living and thriving. Can’t ask for anything more. We tend to buy online due to the competitiveness of prices but I’d go so far as to say range, price and quality beat all local nurseries.”

“This was my 1st order from Grasslands I took a chance due to the price being cheaper than other places and boy did it pay off! I was quite pleased with the quality and size of the plant and how quickly it was delivered. Not to mention how securely it was packaged.”
