Good delivery and a very healthy plant Not the Portuguese laurel ordered but a cherry Laurel substitute. I have had a portuguese laurel in the past and this plant is not the plant I ordered .SorryGrasslands ,not up to expectations ,and a serious breach of service

Delivery and communication good. My 10x Robusta bamboo plants were smaller than expected tbh and pretty thin with multiple dead or damaged leaves. I watered them on arrival and planted them the following morning. They’ve been watered daily since but the jury is out on whether they will prosper. Still a bit pale. We’ll see.

The potted Hydrangae I received looked nothing line the picture on line with the female gardener holding a very good specimen. But I will carefully plant what you sent and tend it lovingly in the hope that it will strengthen and produce the large white blooms I want

The plants look healthy but half of them were out of their pots . Some have few roots and those with a better root system had remained in their pots . Also they were delivered to the wrong location.

My delivery was slow, after 2 weeks i still hadn't received order so I emailed them and received within 2 days. The plant itself is beautiful but the delivery let them down unfortunately.

It all seemed very good to begin with but a long delay on delivery and driver arrived eventually without the house number ! Bush was supposed to be a root ball but was in a pot! hoping it will be ok after a not so good service .. customer service goid before delivery but now not interested and no response !:

I ordered two trees one came as described and as picture. The second larger but looked nothing like the picture, I know it will grow I even called the store before placing the order to confirm what I was getting, so disappointed

unfortunately my order was missing one of the twelve shrubs. despite emailing, not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement yet. also, as per the photos i sent them, i am concerned as to whether the 11 sent are actuallu going to survive.

Unfortunately, Kevin didn't ring the doorbell so we didn't know that the delivery had taken place which he left in our carport. As we are both in our 80's we cannot move the heavy bag of compost. Question- will the beech hedging be ok left in the plastic bag until our gardeners return next month ? Thanks, Susan Williams

Ordered two different clematis which arrived promptly but without labels so the variety of each was unknown. Company offered to identify by photo, which I felt was impossible as they looked identical in all respects. Although the plants are in 2-3 litre pots, I also didn’t feel the plants were in reality that size. That said, they seem healthy for their size with good root systems. Overlarge packaging didn’t prevent late winter brittle stems from breaking so I’ve also lost the first flush of flowers.

The trees themselves seem fine and are still holding their autumn leaves. The canopy of one of the nine ordered is much less advanced than the others. The bamboo framing of one is set 25cm below all others. Being planted in a line this was problematic to resolve so if buying remotely like myself ask Grassland to ensure continuity with their selection before dispatch.

I ordered 18 plants and only 14 turned up Still investigating if your end or carrier So not too keen to give a good report just yet However no issue with plants just the quantity

Quality of the product and the speed of delivery as exceptional however the courier company that Grasslands uses needs to be improved. I was provided 14 minutes notice of the delivery being made (to which I was already at work) following which the courier decided to leave £400 worth of plants just sat on my drive ready for anyone to knick. This resulted in me having to leave work in the middle of the day to move the plants myself into a more secure location. Very inconveinent and the company needs to think about providing better notice to its customers for such large orders.
