“plants where bigger and better then i thought”

“One plant arrived with it's pot broken which made a mess. Packaging was a little awkward but the plants were in acceptable condition. I didn't bother to email customer service as they are often quite dismissive or rude.”

“We ordered some Ilex Crenata and are really happy with them. The plants are healthy and delivery was very quick, really happy with the product. Would order from Grasslands Nursery again.”

“Plants were very healthy, large and verdant. They looked exactly like the photos. Very pleased with them. The delivery was put in exactly the right place as I described if we were out. The lady on their customer service desk was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, polite and professional. Can definitely recommend purchasing online from Grasslands.”

“delivery was great very fast but unfortunately could not get plants out of the pots. Even my 20stone next door neighbour couldn't help. It took 3 days of banging on the pot with a hammer then going round the edge with a sharp knive. Also one of the trees still has no buds on which concerns me. I will wait another week to see what happens then I will contact grasslands again.I would not of purchased if I was told they were not in leaf.”
