“The plants arrived well packaged, in great condition and fresh as a daisy. The quality of all is first rate but the tree fern Dicksonia is sublime! Whilst I thought it would be a statement piece the plant received is a stunner with a crown of long, bright green - undamaged - ferns protruding majestically from the crown of the log. Whilst we are quick to criticise when things are not right we are often slow to acknowledge when it is got so exceptionally right that it would be criminal not to let you know. Impressive and I will ensure you are first to be recommended to the many I know well along with their wider friends and acquaintances.”

“Well packed and general quality was good the downside , although in pyracantha 3ltr pots I was expecting plants to be larger both in height and spread 10cm high and 20cm wide ,roots very dry on these 3 where as my other order choisya was moist therefore suggesting they were not watered pre delivery. I planted after soaking overnight hopefully I can grow to a reasonable height / spread the during summer .”

“The tree arrived on the heatwave and due to your careful packing (and Royal Mail parcel force)- it arrived in great condition. The soil was still damp and the tree is stunning- small and perfectly formed! Great quality and excellent condition. If only all my plant purchases had arrived in this condition!”

“I ordered 3 x Pinus Mugo ‘Varella’. I specifically stated I needed these to be as identical ‘as is possible’. However, despite the assistant saying she would note my request on the paperwork, disappointingly I received 2 x Varella and 1 x ‘Benja In’. I am now awaiting replacement.”

“Overall we are happy with the trees, however one of the trees was quite bare/dead on one side, if I had the choice I would not have picked that tree, especially for £250. I also assumed there might be some assistance getting them into place due to the size/weight of the trees, but they were delivered on a pallet and left.”
