“My plant came very well packed and protected. Also was quickly delivered. I thought for a 5 litre pot the plant was a bit small although very healthy. I only bought one plant so I think the postage is very expensive. I only give four stars because of the two reasons stated above.”

“My plants arrived just as seen in the picture. There was a little mess with the soil coming out of the pot and into the packaging but I think that was more to do with the handling in transit. Very happy with my purchase which is still happy and thriving in my garden.”

“Loads of good quality plants, and the staff are friendly, but I'd prefer there to be more staff, as I'm not particularly experienced and needed some advice, but there were quite a few people waiting to be served and I didn't want to take up too much of their time.”

“Until recently have always been impressed with the service and quality of plants. On a recent order one of the plants delivered was damaged. Was disappointed with the response, no offer of replacement or refund”

“I bought 4 large shrubs from Grasslands at a good price and the quality of them matched my expectations. It took a long time for them to be delivered but I can understand the reasons as we are over a hundred miles away from the nursery.”

“Easy to order the plants we wanted, after frustrations with another nursery. After placing the order we were advised the delivery was going to be longer than the estimated 10 days. However, delivery was within a week, but we were given less than 24 hours notice for the delivery. Fortunately someone was in. A few days notice for the delivery would have been good - hence only 4 stars. The 50 small Laurel plants were in good condition on arrival, so our expectations for a hedge are great - only time will tell. Will definitely consider Grasslands for future garden needs.”

“The plants are super healthy and rrived quickly. The website is really easy to use and the plants are a good price. I gave it 4 stars because the packing wasn't great. The box arrived very squashed and my 2 euphorbias were damaged as a result. It was a real shame because they seemed so healthy.”
