“Prompt friendly service. Delivery driver on time and very helpful. Plants of Good quality. Initial contact to order was difficult hence 4 stars rather than 5 but I'm assuming this was down to remote working.”

“Bushes look good and arrived on expected date. Unfortunately the tracker didn’t work as expected told me they’d gone to London 250 miles away! Still waiting to plant as too windy at moment but all should be okay.”

“The order was handled promptly. The plants were very dry on arrival and some looked stressed with dead growing points and wilted shoots. Better inspection before releasing the plants would have been desirable. The company has offered to consider replacement if they don’t establish after planting out.”

“Absolutely great plants, almost look fake they are so healthy! Only slight criticism is I was refunded for one of the plants I ordered without any info as to why. I assume it was not in stock but would have liked just some info to state the reason.”

“Recently bought six Thuja hedging plants. Happy with the discount of 2.5% when spending more than £250 - better than a kick in the teeth! The plants were delivered on the day requested, and look very healthy. Have been planted, and only time will tell how well they do, but I'm optimistic. Thanks”

“The plants were in good health and appeared as described. I would purchase from them again. Only issue was I wasn’t given notice when the plants would arrive. A delivery person buzzed my neighbour at 7am as they had the wrong flat. No one wants to be bothered that early and especially by surprise.”

“I ordered a single stem cercis, but the item delivered was a multi stem. It looks healthy, however because it is multi stem it is shorter than anticipated and is going to take several years to grow into the garden. I have a mature garden many decades old, and the 5’ single stem would have fitted perfectly. I am disappointed, however hope that the shrub will grow into its allotted space. I know times are difficult at the moment, but the price paid for this tree is not insignificant and I would have liked to receive what I saw on your website and subsequently ordered..”

“Great range of products competitively priced. Large bush/tree was delivered within the 10 working day time scale (although I did have to call to check when delivery would take place). The tree did slip as it was offloaded from the lorry, and some damage occurred, although I chose to accept delivery. I advised Grasslands of this but did not receive a response from them. Bush/tree has been planted and so far so good (3 days in the ground).”

“Really good pricing, easy ordering, rapid processing, very well packaged and the two plants ordered look beautiful! The only reason I have given 4 rather than 5 stars is that the Cornus was pot bound. The Daphne by contrast has a superb root system.”
