“Having purchased 2 Pieris plants from Grasslands earlier this month, and having been so pleased about the service supplied and the quality of the plants, I returned to purchase 2 conical Euonymus, to put out the front of our house. Once again, they are amazing plants. Absolutely lovely condition, healthy and strong. We have nurseries around us, but I have never seen such quality and size for the money I paid. This has now become my "go to" Nursery, and as we progress with our ideas for different areas that need improving, will be returning next year! Thank you Grasslands, for such a smooth and easy purchase, and all the advice given when I have phoned prior to purchase.”

“previous orders with this company had arrived promptly and were very healthy however recently I bought a Fatsia which was small and ill looking. I contacted the company about this and have received no reply as yet.”

“First purchase from Grasslands as an online pick up. Great experience with the service and communication, and excellent quality plants. The cafe also looked great, we would have stopped for there for a breakfast but unfortunately had other plans. Hopefully my gardening skills don't let me down! Thank you, will recommend”

“Laurel plants were in good condition and well watered when they arrived. Mark was very efficient and polite. Only downside was the arrival time at between 5.30 and 6 am. Overall very impressed with from order to delivery.”

“Purchased a Loropetalum Chinense 'Fire Dance' advertised as in a 3 litre pot. This arrived having been shaken up in transit and was perfectly obviously a smaller potted plant that had extremely recently (days at most) been potted on into a 3 litre container. A reasonable email, with photo, to customer services was met with a 'sorry you are not satisfied' and a blindingly obvious 'potted on so that they can grow a bigger root system' - no apology for the misrepresentation or any customer service offer of discount, future or otherwise. Will not be getting any more custom and i advise you to steer clear.”

“We bought several topiaries and two lovely super big terracotta pots. All the plants and accessories from Grasslands are top quality and the staff is amazing, they are very helpful and friendly. We also ordered hedge roots which will be ready in the winter Don’t forget to visit the coffee shop we had lunch and cakes there, excellent quality and friendly staff.”
