“Received my dwarf buddleia’s yesterday and planted them today. They came exceptionally well packaged, tge packaging was so good I found it difficult to get them out! The plants are both extremely healthy and appear to be of excellent quality. It’s the first time I’ve ordered from Grasslands Nursery but based on this experience, I don’t think it will be the last. Very pleased with service, quality of plants, packaging and delivery time. Would definitely recommend.”

“Having not used Grasslands before and comparing companies, we were pleased to get our mature Portuguese Laurels for hedging at a good price, we thought. They arrived in very good condition and we are very happy. However the customer service could have been a bit better. tried to call several times and got no answer or always had to leave a message or the machine was full--hard to speak to a person. When we did they were very helpful. However we assumed we would have some notice before the shipment arrived. We got given notice without any chance to change the date and it was very inconvenient. We had hoped to choose an approximete delivery time period and delay the shipping they chose. This was impoossibble to change as they did not give us enought notice. Communication could have been better and earlier so adjustments could be made. Then on the actual delivery day, after waiting all day, they did not make it and it was the next day sadly.”

“After mutiple buxus orders over the years they sent me sick box ball that started dying a slow death after it arrived. After raising the issue with them they fobbed me off and wouldnt take responsibilty for the quality of their plants. I wont use again.”

“I was very pleased with the shrub when i eventually got delivery, it was meant to have been last Friday but i did not get delivery until Monday and the pallet x driver said it was to big for the van for delivery on Friday and a 10 ton lorry brought it on Monday, if the shrub had been shrink wrapped it would have dried out and been in distress that is something you need to look at if you despatch on Wednesday for Friday delivery.”

“Unfortunately I had the disappointment of receiving an expensive cherry laurel which is damaged (split) at the crown of the plant. I’ve planted it anyway but will just have to hope it survives ok.”

“Absolutely delighted with my plant selection from Grasslands. This was my first purchase. My plants arrived looking fresh and healthy, and the scent from my lavender plants was delightful. “I bought 4 trees which were all great quality, I wanted to take split deliveries and the staff could not have been more helpful. Deliveries were advised in advance and arrived on time delivered by friendly and helpful drivers. I would highly recommend Grasslands for quality products at a reasonable price and great staff.”

“I ordered plants from Grasslands for the first time. I am very impressed with the ease of ordering, also being updated regularly re my order which was delivered when stated. My plants arrived in two boxes, no squashing into one box as some suppliers do.I am absolutely delighted with my plants, very healthy, in good condition and such good value for money plus a lot to choose from. I will definitely be ordering more plants soon. Thank you Grasslands.”
