“I ordered two trees one came as described and as picture. The second larger but looked nothing like the picture, I know it will grow I even called the store before placing the order to confirm what I was getting, so disappointed”

“I Travelled a long distance to view some pleached trees today that state on the website there are 40 in stock. The Customer service wasn’t great when I arrived, I was willing to make a purchase for over £2500 but was told that if they trees weren’t in the pleached tree sales area, it was unlikely that I’d be able to view before buying. I was then told that they weren’t in stock even though the website stated there were 40. There was no attempt to try and sell me the other pleached trees or to take my details and let me know when they’d be in stock. Very confused by the customer service today.”

“Fabulous shrub .. big and covered in buds. The staff at Grasslands were very efficient and answered my question straightaway. Would thoroughly recommend the nursery and its shrubs if our purchase is anything to go by.”
