“Easy ordering process and delivered , well packaged, on time. 18 bare root box plants ordered . Most of the plants had dead foliage which I removed after they'd had a couple of weeks to settle. I followed the planting and aftercare instructions to the letter. However, all but 2 plants died quite quickly. I contacted Grasslands and sent videos and photos. The reply I received was not helpful at all. I contacted them a second time and they requested I sent detailed pictures of the plants etc.. . To date I've not received a reply. I've removed all of the plants and replaced with ' healthy ' box plants from B&Q”

“My 3 Annabelle hydrangeas arrived on time. Sadly one of them was damaged (the box was too). They kindly offered me a 10% refund on the one plant. They plants are in situ now and the 3rd one will hopefully look better next year!”

“I honestly don’t even know where to start. I ordered 6 bamboo plants and paid £309, and after more than 3 weeks of waiting, what arrived looked completely dead. Dry leaves, damaged plants, and nothing like what was advertised. Honestly, I’ve seen healthier plants thrown away outside garden centres. What upset me even more was the customer service. I emailed them about the condition of the plants and got absolutely no response. Not even a basic apology. For the amount of money I paid, this experience was shocking. If I could give zero stars, I would. Total waste of money and time. I would never order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.”
