“Was very impressed start to finish with Grasslands. The Beech saplings were delivered promptly and securely and were very well protected by the packaging. On unpacking (following the useful aftercare advice) they were in good condition and having planted two they had excellent root systems. I’m confident they will prove successful and am very pleased with the purchase.”

“In a larger order 1 tree perished despite being cared for. Upon contacting and seeking a refund for the sole tree, Emily from Grasslands was clearly looking for an excuse to absolve responsibility and ended up blaming the pot size (the size they supplied it in) for it dying, with the decline starting soon after purchase. Really disappointed with the service and approach- I’d avoid at all costs and use the plenty of other suppliers that have some integrity should you face issues further down the line. Tree purchased October 2025, dead by August 2026.”
