“Excited to receive this as I have always wanted to grow white agapanthus. A substantial and healthy looking plant delivered carefully packaged, promptly and at a very reasonable price. To early to decide about the flowers hence the 4/5 score.”

“I have been a customer for years. Quality good and helpful staff. Also, prices are attractive compared to nearby garden centers. One star missing because choices of product at the moment are limited. Privet and bushes I purchased recently are looking good a few days after planting. Emphasis on watering cannot be underestimated. Happy to continue using nursery and recommend to others.”

“Bought 5 Thuja Plicata Martin. The trees were in excellent condition but the delivery driver was unhelpful. He considered a curbside delivery as dropping them off in the middle of the road, as my wife said to him "Do you see the curb?". He came up with some excuse that his boss will reprimand him if he reverses the van. Keep this in mind if you order, good plants are let down by second-rate delivery and vans with no reverse gear.”

“Received my three berberis plants one in a pot and two loose out of their pot. A few stems broken on each plant. I can see they are lovely looked after plants so am hoping they will thrive in situ.”

“Healthy plants. Good service. Wish they could go and get plants that are not available in the garden centre from the nursery like they used to. No one answers live chat so why have it.”

“We are really impressed with the plants we received. We ordered 55 plants to make a low hedge at the front of our house, and they are very uniform in size. The price was so much less than other websites I looked at, and the quality of the plants is great!”

“The delivery and service are always good and the plants arrived well-packaged. The only reason I have not given this a 5 is due to the Hibiscus that we received that was looking sorry for itself. Please see my comments against the review of the plant.”

“Plants are excellent- very tall and bushy so I’m super happy with that. The delivery was not very good unfortunately, there was no live tracking and the delivery courier just dumped them on the street as a free for all even though I left a huge sign on the door saying to leave them in the front garden which is very accessible, when I realised they were there someone had pulled up in a van to take them for themselves! Luckily got to them just in time. I rang grasslands to tell them but the woman on the phone seemed uninterested and said that they do curbside delivery which isn’t mentioned when you order so just be aware of that. If the delivery company wasn’t so poor I would give 5 stars.”
