“Plants are excellent- very tall and bushy so I’m super happy with that. The delivery was not very good unfortunately, there was no live tracking and the delivery courier just dumped them on the street as a free for all even though I left a huge sign on the door saying to leave them in the front garden which is very accessible, when I realised they were there someone had pulled up in a van to take them for themselves! Luckily got to them just in time. I rang grasslands to tell them but the woman on the phone seemed uninterested and said that they do curbside delivery which isn’t mentioned when you order so just be aware of that. If the delivery company wasn’t so poor I would give 5 stars.”

“I ordered a birch tree, had no idea tree had been delivered, didn't even have the courtesy to ring the doorbell. Just left outside, got blown over and trodden on. No instructions on how to plant etc. Tree turned yellow within a week and lost all its leaves. That's expensive fire wood!”

“Grasslands delivered a quality product offering up great service and value. The telephone team were very helpful explaining how to plant and care for the laurels once in the ground that was supported by easy to read information on line. Alan the driver carefully place the bushes close to the planting area making the work much easer . ManyThanks for keeping us posted on the pre order progress and delivery date. Ernie Finch”
