“This was my first time ordering from Grasslands Nursery and I was more than impressed when I received my order. The plant was very securely packed, and looked very healthy. I did query a small matter regarding my order and was delighted that the Customer Service team were quick to respond and assist me regarding the query I had raised and set my mind at rest regarding it. Would be more than happy to recommend Grasslands Nursery, and it is good to know that the After Sales team look after their customers too. Many thanks Helen for all your help. I look forward to ordering from this Nursery again.”

“Our five 6ft high Cherry Laurel bushes were delivered on time and as advertised. They were in extremely good condition. We were amazed how reasonable Grasslands delivery charge was considering the distance to our home in East Anglia was over 200 miles. The lady who took our order was very polite and helpful. We would definitely use Grasslands again!”

“Very pleased with my purchase. The nursery was flexible in allowing me amend my order. The plants were very good value for their height and size. I received them quickly and they were extremely well packaged so arrived in very good condition. I would most certainly recommend Grasslands Nursery.”
