“Grasslands Nursery service was excellent, delivery was poor. We Purchased 7 x 1.8M tall trees with compost and due to the heatwave the delivery was rightfully delayed until the weather was suitable for transporting them. This should've been a 5 star rating however the delivery tracking number did not work so we asked grasslands when it would be delivered and was informed Thursday but the order did not arrive. We had to find the delivery company online and go direct to them for an answer. They were reluctant to confirm a time but we had commitments, they did finally provide us with a delivery time. I would absolutely purchase from Grasslands again but you need to sort this issue out, it does affect customer satisfaction and feedback. Delivery notification is important to ensure someone is there to receive the goods. The goods turned up in great condition.”

“Beautiful, healthy plant arrived well packaged. Very Impressed. Also appreciative of the care taken to not send the plant during the extreme hot weather to avoid it suffering dehydration in transit. Really impressed with Customer Services who responded very promptly when I contacted them. I felt like a valued customer and would certainly come back in the future.”

“I am a new customer to grasslands and I have just received my order i am so impressed with the packaging nice stong box plants taped together nicely so no moving around during transport, arrive in excellent condition will just need a little watering later. Lovely healthy plants ..I think I can say I will be purchasing again as soon as I can find room in my small garden ...a big thank you to grasslands for a lovely service”

“Amazing service from a great tree nursery who I have bought trees from twice. We have a 100/per cent success record despite summer planting. Loads of advice on the phone from their office whenever we call. Alex the delivery guy was charming and a credit to the company. He could not have been more helpful - Top chap - Thanks Alex. We will be back to Grasslands again soon :1) Don’t hesitate. These are good people offering a a top quality service. Thank you all Sincerely.”

“Extremely poor service from start to finish. Customer service was appalling, promises to call back were repeatedly ignored, and there was a complete lack of communication throughout. The delivery was cancelled without any notification whatsoever, leaving us to deal with the consequences. This caused unnecessary financial loss, wasted time taking time off work, and significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the advice provided on planting the trees was completely inadequate and misleading. Guidance on the size of the planting holes and the amount of compost required was either incorrect or insufficient, resulting in further frustration and additional costs. Overall, a highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.”

“This is a great company. Communication from the minute you place the order is exceptional. Delivery information is very informative and the actual delivery perfect. Plants packed excellently and good strong healthy specimens. Thank you Grasslands. Highly recommend you to anyone buying plants online.”

“I'm delighted with my order from this company. The plant was well packed, healthy and larger than expected. There was an issue with the delivery address as it was scrambled with the billing address but this was speedily resolved with good comms. I certainly plan to use this company again.”
